Completely moisturizing!! My lips were dry and had white flaky skin, but they have improved a lot!
Cons
The disappointing part is that it melts when you carry it in your bag!!

Even though my lips usually get chapped when I use any product, this one doesn't cause any irritation, which I really appreciate. In the summer...ugh...when I left it in the car for a bit, the stick shifted to one side. It's too sensitive to high temperatures, so I have to keep it in the fridge during the summer... If I just toss it in my bag, the case gets scratched up.
