Personally, I found that when it fades, it does so naturally! It seems ideal for use during seasonal changes. Also, there was one time I accidentally fell asleep with my makeup on, and when I woke up, my skin wasn't irritated and I didn't get any blemishes, which was great!
ConsI wouldn't recommend this for combination dehydrated or oily skin types. If you have combination dehydrated skin, it might be okay in winter, but in summer, it can feel quite rich. Also, its coverage isn't particularly high - it's better for evening out your complexion and skin texture. The adherence to skin and longevity were a bit disappointing as well.

This is a vegan product. After using it, I didn't experience any blemishes. However, I only used it once and then stopped.
ConsThose with oily or combination dehydrated skin should avoid using this. ✔️Color: The shade is quite heavy. Even though I have type 22 skin, it actually made my complexion look darker and duller. It might suit those with type 21 skin better. ✔️Transfer: The transfer is really bad. It comes off even if you lightly touch your cheek with your hand. Even after setting with powder, it still transfers a lot. ✔️Darkening: Both darkening and breakdown are severe. After 2-3 hours, your skin looks even duller than bare skin. ✔️Coverage: I'm not sure if I should say the coverage is good... It feels like it applies too thickly.

Although it's marketed as a cover cushion, it applies thinly, reducing the heavy feeling. The formula has a semi-matte finish. I'm quite satisfied as it didn't cause any new blemishes after use.
ConsThere aren't really any downsides, except maybe that the case is a bit large? Since it applies thinly, if you need more coverage, you can use it together with a concealer.

For a moisturizing cushion, it offers pretty good coverage. I have combination skin, and if I just pat some powder on the oily areas, it creates a beautiful skin finish. I'm also satisfied with how it covers texture and pores. It's such a gentle cushion that it didn't cause any blemishes. It's perfect for this time of year. If you're torn between this and the Dew Jelly, I'd recommend this one if you want slightly thicker coverage. The Dew Jelly is best for those who already have great skin and just want to enhance it. Personally, I need more coverage due to acne scars, so I find myself reaching for this more often. I didn't notice any darkening, and while it does need some touch-ups for longevity, I actually like how it mixes with my skin's natural oils over time. The only issue I had was some dryness around my philtrum, but patting it with a puff after a while actually improved it.
ConsAs expected from a moisturizing cushion, you should be prepared for some transfer and imprints. There's also a bit of settling into nose creases. Among Amuse cushions, this one feels slightly thicker when applied, due to its coverage. When applying color products with a brush, I noticed some brush marks, so I tend to apply powder first. Overall, I'm satisfied except for the transfer and imprints. The adherence could be a bit better, but it's not excessively transferable.
TipFor a flawless makeup application, apply powder before adding color products to avoid brush marks.

Ingredients: I have sensitive, acne-prone skin, and this cushion doesn't contain harmful ingredients. Even with regular use, it didn't cause any major skin reactions. 2. Performance: (By 'performance,' I mean how it sits on the skin, etc.) I prefer a natural, sheer application over high coverage, but it's important that it doesn't settle into pores or look cakey. For my combination dehydrated skin, if I prep my skin well with hydrating products, this cushion applies beautifully. 3. Color: While it's most suitable for shade 21, I actually have more of a shade 22 skin tone with redness. However, this still worked well for me, giving a bright finish! (I appreciated that it wasn't too yellow-toned)
ConsIt might be a bit matte for those with very dry skin. The coverage and longevity aren't particularly high, which wasn't a big concern for me. If these are important to you, you might want to skip this for summer wear.
TipMake sure to create a solid skincare base! I applied a hydrating sunscreen as a base, and it worked even better that way.

After noticing wrinkle-shaped marks from using Laneige, I was shocked and immediately went to Olive Young to test various products on my hand. I chose this one because it felt just right. It's moisturizing without giving an overwhelming glow - just a subtle sheen like you've applied a skin emulsion, which I really appreciate. I'd recommend this to people who (but please test it yourself as this is just my personal opinion): * Want a slightly translucent finish that lets your natural skin show through. (I don't have blemishes, so I prefer products that naturally cover redness rather than high-coverage ones, as I think it makes my skin look better.) * Want something moisturizing but with a bit of adherence, similar to matte formulas. (I once tried a very dewy cushion, but being used to matte finishes, I disliked how it seemed to move around on my skin as I applied it.) * Dislike an overly dewy finish and prefer a very natural, skincare-like glow.
ConsAs the weather is getting warmer, I might switch back to Laneige soon. However, when it gets cold again, I'll definitely return to this cushion.

I have sensitive skin, but since it's vegan, I didn't experience any blemishes after applying it. It goes on thinly, allowing for a natural look. Perfect for a quick application before heading to school!
ConsI used this cushion in spring and summer, but it didn't work well for me in summer when my skin tends to be oily. It felt like it was increasing oil production! As for coverage, I'd rate it between medium to low on a scale of high, medium, and low.

A friend recommended it, so I gave it a try. Unlike other cushion brands I've tested before, this one seemed to be a perfect match for my skin - I didn't experience any blemishes. It's honestly great. The scent isn't overpowering, which I appreciate, and it provides just the right amount of hydration for my oily skin.
ConsThere wasn't really anything I disliked about it. If I had to nitpick... when you have a major breakout, this cushion alone might not provide perfect coverage. It's best to find a concealer that works for you, apply a thin layer first, and then follow up with the cushion for better results.
TipDon't apply too thick a layer in your skincare routine! For areas with visible pores like the nose or cheeks, you need to press the puff into your skin as you apply. If you've layered on too much skincare product, it can cause pilling and make your base makeup look uneven from the start. I have oily skin, so I use hydrating products like toner and emulsion in thin layers. I give my skin about 5-10 minutes to absorb everything before applying a light layer of base makeup, and that works well for me. With any cosmetic product, I think the best approach is to invest time in testing and finding what works for you. Since I started wearing makeup as a young student, my skin has gone through cycles of breaking out and clearing up. I believe it's worth investing in products to find what suits you, as long as it's not too harsh on your skin. This applies not just to cosmetics, but also to fashion, hair care, and other areas! Amuse is the best!

Though it doesn't completely prevent breakouts... However, these days many other great products apply thinly and cause fewer blemishes or none at all, so it's not a major advantage anymore.
Cons1. It causes significant darkening of the skin. 2. I alternate between shades 21 and 22, but the color is much too dark. The dark shade combined with the darkening effect is the worst! 3. It doesn't adhere to the skin at all, and even with heavy powder application, the transfer to masks is extreme. 4. The coverage is practically non-existent... It doesn't cover acne or red marks at all! 5. When picking up the product with the puff, it doesn't distribute evenly, and it's difficult to blend on the face. Overall, the user experience is vastly different from other cushions, which is very disappointing...

Being vegan, it seemed to cause fewer blemishes. I also love the case design, it's so pretty! I have dry skin and usually get terrible dead skin cell buildup if I apply makeup without skincare, but even when I only used toner before this, the flaking wasn't as bad. However, keep in mind that due to the nature of cushion foundations, some flaking is still possible.
ConsThe biggest drawback is that it doesn't provide smooth coverage around the eyes or nose area. I bought this knowing it's a moisturizing cushion, so I wasn't expecting much coverage, but it covers even less than I anticipated. It's also not as lightweight on the skin as you might expect. It doesn't pick up well on the puff and doesn't blend out beautifully when applied. If you have dry skin but still want a pretty complexion, you might want to look for a different product...
TipWhile it's important to prep your skin well, make sure to let your skincare absorb fully before applying! This cushion for dry skin does have coverage issues, but if you use concealer beforehand, it should work fine. The case is a bit large for travel, so you might want to use a different product for trips and save this one for touch-ups on special occasions.
