The Laura Mercier highlighter has a very sophisticated color tone!! It seems to be expressed beautifully without any distinction in tone. Pros
I used it and even though I ignored all the inconveniences and dislikes, I was able to give it 5 stars, and that is really because of the color and the pigmentation. The pigmentation is so luminous. When you apply it to the bridge of your nose, it sparkles like a pearl and blends perfectly with the skin without looking obvious, and it's just so beautiful. Even though I have relatively dark skin, it looked really pretty on me, and my sister has fair skin, but the color just seemed to suit her skin tone perfectly regardless. So if you're worried about it matching your skin tone, I don't think that will be an issue. And while the pigmentation is strong, it's not like the color is intense, but rather the shimmer is very strong, so it's not overwhelming at all. I thought the color was like a transparent one when I applied it.
Cons
The downside is that it's really hard to control the amount. There's no powder fallout after applying it to the face, but when using the brush, it flies everywhere. So if you use a brush that's not great or apply it poorly, it can end up all over your entire face. And once it's on, it's really hard to get off.
