  The way it instantly brightens up your complexion is definitely a plus. When you're in a hurry, just applying this one product does the trick. It gives you that natural, 'no-makeup' look without appearing dull. The long-term brightening effect is another advantage, and it absorbs well without feeling sticky.

  Cons

  It's disappointing that it doesn't provide sun protection, so you need to apply sunscreen separately. If your skincare routine isn't on point or you haven't exfoliated well, it can pill slightly and sit on top of the skin.

  Tip

  I mix it with sunscreen when applying. It's great for covering discoloration on areas like elbows.

  Pros

  When you don't have a brightening sunscreen, you can use this with a colorless sunscreen to achieve a fair complexion. I usually prefer to use only brightening sunscreen for makeup as my skin feels suffocated, but when using a sunscreen without brightening effects, I apply this brightening moisturizer along with it. This cream is almost oil-free, initially applying moistly but finishing slightly matte and a bit stiff, with a slight stickiness after application. With a generous 100g, it's great for liberally applying not just on the face, but also arms, legs, and neck. The brightening effect is quite noticeable - you can clearly see the difference between your treated face and untreated neck in the mirror. When applying, there's a subtle fresh scent and it seems to have a slight cooling effect.

  Cons

  It tends to leave a white cast. Instead of absorbing naturally or spreading evenly, it feels like it's floating on the skin. One day, I applied it in a dimly lit area and when I looked in the mirror in a brighter place, my face appeared ghostly pale... The most important aspect of a brightening moisturizer is to whiten naturally, but disappointingly, it shows a suffocating look as if something has been applied, with skin texture slightly visible. It would be much better if it could brighten as if absorbed naturally, following the skin texture without settling into lines. The cream itself has little moisturizing effect, so you need to use it after applying other creams, but when used after another moisturizer, it doesn't absorb into the face. Instead, the white color of the cream pills, making the face patchy, and it takes too long to absorb and finish the makeup.

  Tip

  Since it's noticeable on the face, it might be better to apply it widely on arms and legs like sunscreen. It's great for applying generously without worry as it both brightens and comes in a large quantity.

  I loved how it brightens the complexion without being excessive, and it's suitable for sensitive skin too! It's moisturizing and doesn't pill, so I definitely recommend it.

  I wouldn't suggest using this before foundation. It makes you look a bit too pale... Your face ends up looking like it's floating.

  When applying makeup over this, it feels like it's sitting on top of the skin a bit. Also, it gets sticky in the summer. There's hardly any feeling of it adhering to the skin, more like it's just floating on the surface...

  The texture is similar to a hydrating cream, so it absorbs well...

  Cons

  If you don't control the amount properly, it can leave a white cast and make it look like dead skin cells are surfacing... At first, it feels moisturizing, but the finish is matte, which felt drying for my combination dehydrated skin... (I tend to layer my skincare products thickly, which often leads to pilling, but I can't help it due to my severe deep dryness...)

  Tip

  Apply a very small amount by patting it in multiple layers, and finish by warming your palms and pressing them firmly against your skin for better adherence.
