Pros
Since I have a cool-toned complexion, the eye bags were well-suited for use. It was also convenient to carry in my makeup pouch, and it stayed well-applied for a while. But now I've switched over to Apieu products.
Cons
The staying power was too lacking, so it would just fly off if I didn't use a primer. And sometimes the mascara would smear.
Tip
You'll need to use a long-lasting eye primer or Noevir concealer afterwards to help it stay on for longer. If you have a cool-toned complexion, I'd recommend the Apieu Born2Be #7 Crystal Glass.
