This is a review of the Hwahae event winners. 1. Moisturizing power The moisturizing and hydrating power seems really outstanding. It provided my extremely dry skin and the moisture and hydration I needed during the winter. Just applying the toner, lotion, and cream in the evening, my skin feels so soft and smooth when I wake up in the morning. It's a great product to use in the winter! Highly recommended. 2.
