It provides just the right balance of oil and moisture to the face without being too rich, which I found to be a plus for my combination skin. When my face isn't excessively dry, I love applying this lightly after using the Belif Numero 10 Essence - Bergamot Herbal Extract Toner. It smooths out my skin texture and feels like it locks in deep hydration. Since products that are too oily tend to cause blemishes on my combination-to-oily T-zone, especially around my temples and forehead, I appreciate this product. If I still feel dry after applying it (usually around my cheeks where I'm prone to redness), I layer on a Belif cream, Kiehl's Avocado Eye Cream, or multiple layers of Physiogel AI.
ConsFirst off... it's expensive. Similar to Kiehl's line, Belif charges premium prices despite not having particularly impressive ingredients. While Belif has an image of gentle, low-irritation, trustworthy ingredients, the reality doesn't quite match up, and the price is steep. However, I do find both their emulsions and creams gentler on my skin compared to Kiehl's. Honestly, if I hadn't checked the ingredients on Hwahae, I would have thought they were excellent. Also, this product alone won't be enough for those with flaky skin, severely dry skin in autumn, or naturally very dry skin types. This is a lightweight emulsion.
TipIt works great when used alongside other Belif products (essence, toner). Your face feels wonderfully hydrated!

ConsI tend to have a lot of dead skin, so moisturizing is important, but it doesn't seem to be that great.
