I often watch Dewy's YouTube channel, and after seeing her positive review of the Glitter Liner in the Frozen shade, I decided to give it a try. Although I'm not usually a fan of liquid glitters, I was impressed by the thin and delicate brush. The pearl effect is moderately diverse and ethereal, perhaps because I had high expectations. The glitter includes gold, blue, purple, and even hints of orange and green tones. It looks pretty when dotted under the eyes. I think it's versatile enough for many people to use regardless of their skin tone. For a glitter product, I can't help but feel the price is a bit steep. I've frequently used Holika Holika and Innisfree glitters before, and you can usually buy drugstore brand glitters for under $10, so this feels slightly burdensome. Also, due to the nature of glitters, the liquid tends to dry up with use, making it difficult to use up completely. You'd need to repurchase several times, but the higher price makes me hesitant about buying it again.

The shimmer doesn't clump excessively, making it easy to apply. It's versatile enough to use with various looks, so I find myself reaching for it often. There weren't many downsides, but I wish they'd make the container smaller and lower the price so I could afford to try more varieties. While it works great on the under-eye area and eyelids, I sometimes even apply it over mascara. For a subtle shimmer, I smooth it over the eyes with my fingertips. When I want to create a focal point, I dab on just a small amount.
