Pros
So far, I'm not sure how many boxes I've bought and used, but it seems I've been using this face mask for almost 5 years. It helped soothe redness and had a slight effect on reducing blemishes. The essence is packed in so much that you can apply it all the way down to your arms and legs. The scent is just the right amount of tea tree, not overbearing, and it feels pleasant when applied to the skin. Storing it in the refrigerator and using it provides an incredible cooling sensation.
Cons
The red color was not entirely ineffective in soothing troubles, but it was not extremely effective either... When peeling off the pack, it becomes too sticky and absorption is slow, so it requires a lot of patience. My hair also sticks to it a lot.. When I put it on my face after refrigerating it, since my face has a lot of heat, it quickly becomes lukewarm and warm.. Sometimes, after using this pack, my face becomes flushed and heated, and turns red. After using it for a long time, I discovered that tea tree does not suit me very well..

When my actual skin was flipped over, I used ampoules consistently for a few days and it calmed down a bit faster! So I'm constantly snatching them up whenever they're on sale haha The ampoules have so many great ingredients, I love it!! And the cotton fabric is so soft and nice too!
Cons
It was a pity that there were many ampoules, so it took a long time to absorb.

The cooling sensation is really great and it's super refreshing, so it's perfect for long-term use. As for the soothing effect, I'm not too sure, but since there are no side effects, I really want to use this product frequently. It seems like the calming is going well. I don't know how to describe it, but it feels like the skin temperature is gradually decreasing from the inside, and based on the fact that there are no special breakouts, it seems to be going smoothly.
Cons
After peeling it off, it feels a bit oily and the essence doesn't seem to be fully absorbed into the face. It kind of lingers and doesn't get absorbed well... I just do a light water cleanse and then generously apply my usual moisturizing cream on top.

It seems like Mediheal is still the best sheet mask brand. When I use it even when I have skin troubles, it works well, and when I use it regularly, I feel like my skin looks better the next day.
