It worked really well for my combination dehydrated skin! 
The texture is like a watery hydrating toner. I applied it by patting it into my skin with my hands to help it absorb.
My skin is quite sensitive and I usually break out immediately if a product doesn't suit me, but I had no blemishes at all with this one!

The bottle has a luxurious feel, which is nice. I expected a slight tingling sensation since it's a vitamin C toner, but it's actually a gentle water-based toner with no irritation at all. After application, there's a slightly bouncy feeling, but it doesn't form a film, so I didn't experience any blemishes. It'll take longer use to see if it actually brightens the complexion... There's a subtle floral scent, perhaps from the camellia extract. It's not an unpleasant fragrance.

I layer it on multiple times. It's great!

For maximum brightening results, I've found an amazing routine: apply toner, followed by a hydrating serum, then a moisturizing cream, a nourishing cream, and finally a brightening oil. This layering technique works wonders for achieving that coveted Inner Glow!
