  As I entered my 30s, I noticed my neck wrinkles becoming more pronounced. I've been using Clarins neck cream, but it's quite pricey for applying multiple times a day. So, I use that morning and night, but I wanted something I could carry around and apply whenever I had a moment. That's when I discovered the Dalba Multi-Balm! First off, its compact size is perfect for carrying in even the smallest bag. It's so convenient to pull out and use whether I'm at work or on the go. This aspect definitely earned it major bonus points! Texture: Being a multi-balm, it leaves the skin with a glossy finish. It feels quite rich! Because of this, you can feel a bit of weight when applied. Since I bought it for neck wrinkle care, when I apply it to my neck, there's definitely a slightly heavy, oily sensation. Hydration: While it feels like it's coating the skin and will provide long-lasting moisture when first applied, that's not quite the case. After 2-3 hours, the skin starts to feel dry again. However, as I mentioned earlier, it's so easy to carry around that you can simply reapply whenever you feel your skin getting dry. So it's not really a big issue!

  The formula is quite thick and rich, which might feel a bit heavy and uncomfortable to apply during the summer months.

  This product is better suited for use in fall/winter when the skin tends to be drier, rather than in summer.

  After surfing, I was too lazy to apply anything else, so I used this. It helped soothe my skin irritation, which was great. When I'm too tired to apply other products at night, I just spread a thin layer of this. It's simple and effective. I love how lightweight it feels, even on my oily skin. It doesn't feel heavy at all. I think those with oily skin will find it especially useful in fall and winter.

It's especially great when you're out and your hands aren't clean - no need to apply with your fingers, just glide it on. Serum All-in-One: Unlike typical multi-balms that have a single layer, Dalba's multi-balm has serum inside. As you apply, you're getting the benefits of both the balm and serum - talk about killing two birds with one stone! Versatile Multi-Balm: It's not just for your face - you can use it on your lips, neck, elbows, and more. That's why it's called a multi-balm, I guess. The versatility is fantastic.

  While it's in solid form, it's sensitive to temperature, so you need to be careful about storage, especially in summer weather like we're having now.

Moisturizing Effect This product is far from being hydrating. It feels like 0% moisture and 100% oil, making it challenging to use in summer for any skin type! In winter, don't consider it as a cream replacement. Instead, use it as a protective oil barrier (like a face oil) after thorough skincare to lock everything in. While it feels quite rich, it's not sticky! Gently patting or smoothing it on your face can make it feel less oily and more velvety. 3.   July 13, 2022 - July 20, 2022 / Review after 7 days of use Skin type: Extremely dry + Sensitive + Acne-prone with pustules on forehead and chin - As expected from the Dalba brand, it was trustworthy, and being vegan-certified made me feel even more at ease using it. It helped with brightening, wrinkle improvement, and elasticity, and I felt like my freckles became lighter! I'd like to keep using it consistently. - Texture/Irritation: A gentle and hydrating all-in-one balm with an essence-like texture. I didn't feel any irritation at all! - Formula/Application: Solid form. When my hands were dirty, I didn't want to touch my face, but it would be great to apply under air conditioning! It doesn't spread well with just one application, so it's better to layer it multiple times. Easy to smooth on during busy mornings or lazy evenings, and can create a glowy look (absorbs well). - Scent: It has a subtle, soap-like fragrance! - Cleansing effectiveness: I consider it a skincare product, so I use a cleansing foam for the first cleanse. However, I avoid applying it over makeup as it might clog pores. - Blemishes: No blemishes occurred, and even though I've had LASIK surgery, I didn't feel any tingling when applying it around my eyes.
