I have slightly hooded eyes, but no matter what liner I use, there's hardly any smudging. In the case of this pencil, it seems to be the least smudgy and longest-lasting liner among the pencil-type liners I've used~ Being a German product, it gives me more confidence.
ConsRecommended-Since it's a pencil, it's inevitable, but the pencil is a bit blunt, so it's hard to draw the tail part perfectly.

It also had a built-in sharpener, so I didn't need to buy a separate one.
ConsThe sharpener on the back made it difficult to sharpen the pencil evenly, so a lot of the pencil would get used up. It went on smoothly on my hands, but I had to really press down to get it to show up on my eyes.
