  This is really crazy!!!! You can create a beam of opal + lavender that rises from deep within. It can also give off a slightly cyberpunk vibe. You can even apply it like a blush and it will look mysteriously beautiful!!!! The formula is really amazing - it's a powder but slightly dewy and very smooth!? It seems to have a bit of a coating, making it very glossy. But it's definitely not a baked formula! I think you really need to swatch or touch it to get a proper feel for it. I highly recommend this to those looking for a color highlighter with a really strong color payoff, rather than a natural look.
