If you want coverage, adherence, and longevity, just go for this! I used The Face Shop concealer for about 5 years, but since there has been a lot of controversy over the ingredients, I thought about trying something else. But I've been using this for 5 years now. I've made tons of small empties and even ended up buying the large size. After thorough skincare and proper exfoliation, tap it on the skin, let it set for a few minutes while doing other eye makeup, then use a cushion puff or brush to blend out the edges. Even with my oily, acne-prone skin, it lasts over 10 hours without budging. It also holds up well during sports and outdoor activities. It's moisturizing, so there's hardly any emphasis on dry patches, and it adheres so well that sometimes I just dab it on problem areas and go out without a full base. I don't do much color makeup, but this is great for cleaning up any 'oops' moments when I do try.
Cons
If you don't cleanse thoroughly, it can cause breakouts. It's understandable, as the longevity and adherence are so strong. For those prone to blemishes, thorough cleansing and proper exfoliation is a must. Even I, who has used this religiously for years, can have skin issues on days when that's not done well. However, I don't see a better alternative, and I think this is a pretty excellent concealer. After using this, I can't go back to pot or stick concealers.
