When first puncturing the lid, it only takes a light press to make the hole.

The main issue with the W Dressroom hand cream is always the aluminum packaging. By the time it's almost empty, it becomes really difficult to squeeze out the last bits, and the powder residue is a nuisance too... That's the biggest problem with it.
