My skin gets irritated by fine dust, stress, incompatible cosmetics, and countless other things - it's so frustrating! ✔ Seems to maintain oil and moisture balance Those tiny bumps (maybe whiteheads?) between my eyebrows, around my nose, and on my cheeks were seriously annoying. When I applied makeup, it looked cakey and drove me crazy. After changing my skincare routine (except toner) and cleanser, I'm not sure which one did the trick, but the bumps on my cheeks and around my nose disappeared. Today I noticed they're gone from between my eyebrows too - I'm thrilled! ✔ Incredibly gentle Not just in my opinion, but even those around me who know I'm the ultimate sensitive skin boss agree - this product didn't cause any blemishes. If anything, existing issues calmed down, and no new ones appeared! ✔ The pH 5.5 claim seems legit It's definitely not that squeaky-clean feeling like with Shiseido products. After cleansing, my skin doesn't feel tight, but rather moisturized - very, very moisturized. I absolutely love that!
Cons✔ The scent is a bit unique Some people might have strong opinions about it, I think. ✔ It doesn't remove all makeup in one go First, I recommend using a separate remover for point makeup. It doesn't remove lip tints in one wash. ✔ The foam isn't super rich As you might have seen in other reviews, it doesn't create a thick, creamy lather. If you squeeze it twice and massage it on your face, the foam seems to disappear quickly. And then it feels slippery, slippery, slippery!
Tip✔ Please use a dedicated remover for point makeup ✔ It works best if you squeeze it twice and massage it well

First off, I love that it's not irritating and very gentle. What's really great is that my face doesn't feel dry at all after cleansing, making it especially perfect for morning use!
ConsThe scent... it's like dish soap, which was a bit surprising at first! It feels like I'm washing my face with dishwashing liquid every time. Also, the packaging is unnecessarily long, if that makes sense? The pump feels stiff, and one press doesn't produce enough foam, so you need to pump it two or three times. Moreover, it's not strong enough to remove sunscreen effectively on its own. It's ideal for morning cleansing though! The foam isn't rich or abundant, but rather light and airy with lots of bubbles. This allows for a gentle and mild cleanse.
TipThe cleansing effectiveness isn't particularly outstanding, so I'd recommend using it as a morning cleanser.
