When I applied this lip balm, my dry and cracked lips became soft and supple. 🌼 ✔️ Soothing Exfoliation - It was effective in soothing the exfoliation. ;-) Continuing to apply it made my lips even more moisturized, with an increased effect on soothing the exfoliation. ⬆️ ✔️ Usage Experience - There was no stickiness whatsoever, 🙅 and I felt that my lips were coated with a moisturizing layer as the final result.

It was disappointing that the coating dried up quickly despite repeated applications. The packaging has been changed, so it's a gradient tube now! I bought this because my lips get dry and cracked in spring, fall, and winter, and I can't stop peeling them, which causes them to bleed. I've tried lip masks and night products, but they were too sticky and stuffy, and as someone who tosses and turns in bed, the hair and pillow mess was just too inconvenient, even if the effects were good. The Bifine Dual Moisturizing Balm has both an oil balm and moisturizer, and it's not stuffy, which I liked! There's a lot of product, so it lasts a long time. I think it's the most amount of product in any lip balm I've seen. When I apply it generously at night, I can see soothed, exfoliated lips the next day.
Cons
It dries quickly, which is both an advantage and a disadvantage for an oil balm. It may just be me, but I feel like it leaves a slightly irritated sensation.

My lips are a bit dry, but for a product I bought in a hurry after using up my previous one, the moisturizing effect is pretty good.

The oil in the middle makes it completely moisturizing! The moisturizing power is so good that I plan to stick with this.
Cons

It has a dual structure, and while the outer part seems ordinary, the center part is the real deal. My lips are extremely dry, and I've tried many products that were supposedly great, but this one just clicked for me as soon as I applied it. It really moisturizes my lips thoroughly. The price was also good, but it seems to have gone up now.
Cons
