It can be thinly applied with a spatula and only needs to be applied once more to the areas that require more coverage, providing coverage that doesn't require a concealer!! I highly recommend this to those with skin tones in the 22-23 range. The color is a perfect match for your skin tone. The finish is not too matte. I recommend this as a great basic base that can be applied anytime!!
Cons
Laying the foundation a bit poorly and in fair or dry weather, a slight tightness and dryness can be felt, which may feel stuffy. I always use a spatula to apply it, but if I apply it without a tool, it seems like it will be applied slightly thicker.
Tip
I recommend applying it in thin, multiple layers!
