I bought this based on a YouTuber's recommendation, and it ended up becoming my personal holy grail product. Most of my blemishes have disappeared! The effects were great! When applied on top of blemishes, it stings a little, but when you look at it the next day, it has subsided significantly. I didn't realize it would be this effective, haha. If you apply it after the blemish has dried out, it won't work! It will just be painful.😢 Don't dry it out, just apply it.
Cons
If I had to nitpick, there are times when it really stings...haha But I bear with it and apply it to make the blemishes go away.😢

It has a calming effect! When you have parts of your face that feel itchy or like something might come up if you touch them, or parts that have become reddened from irritation, applying this can give you a calming effect!👍 The effects aren't huge, but since I tend to touch my face a lot, I've been using this for the third bottle now.ㅎ
Cons
Aside from the calming effect I mentioned, I didn't feel any effects on existing acne, progressed acne, or closed comedones (I bought it hoping it would work on those, but 😢). In fact, it sometimes even felt a bit stinging!! Also, since it's a tube with a liquid ampoule, there seems to be air trapped inside, so when you squeeze it, the ampoule kind of 'pops' and sprays out.ㅋㅋㅋㅋ The amount isn't even that much, but a fair bit still ends up getting wasted.ㅠㅜㅜㅠ This is probably the biggest downside.
Tip
You can apply this to parts of your face that are itchy or have become irritated from rubbing, and it will give you a calming effect~~

At first, it was so stinging that I thought something would definitely come out the next day, but the bumps on my skin subsided! So when my acne gets worse, I apply this product first!!
