Hwahae really helps conceal blemishes well. It has a natural finish, so it doesn't feel heavy, but it's the best concealer I've used!

At first, you should write it gently on the back of your hand to melt it... If you don't, it will get clumped up like mine.

(Hard to believe, but I've used all 4 of the concealers described below... on the back of my hand, applying them very thinly and blending them.

The Ru○ concealer is my favorite.
I've tried The Face Shop's pot concealer, pencil-type, and liquid, but Ru○ works best for my skin.)

The product has virtually no flaws, but if I had to find a downside, it would be that I have to keep sharpening it to use it, which can be a bit of a nuisance. It also doesn't seem to apply as smoothly and moisturize as some other products.

Gently dab and smooth this over the areas where the cushion and cover are not properly applied. Lightly pat it with your fingers for a flawless coverage. Even those troublesome spots that other concealers couldn't cover will just disappear with this... Wow.

The Hwahae concealer not only covers blemishes quite well, but it's also great for tidying up the brow line and lip line.
There were times when it looked a bit shadowy, almost like stubble.
Especially for those with dark circles or a grayish area around the eyes, the pencil stick concealer is great for providing natural-looking coverage.

The lake was a bit low, so it was a bit disappointing.
When I applied it, my skin tone became one step brighter than my natural skin tone.

I've been using concealer less and less these days..! The concealer only covers certain areas, and the coverage doesn't seem as thick or effective as I'd like. The concealer pencil is really the best option as it allows you to precisely target the areas you want to cover. I have a relatively bright skin tone, and the color on the back of my hand isn't too dark, which I really like. 

When I actually applied it to my face for blemishes and spots, it blended well with the base makeup, and I could see why the Missha concealer pencil is so popular. It's also great for precisely covering acne scars on my chin. I think I'll be using it a lot going forward!

The coverage is really great! I'm a 21 shade, and the 1.5 is a perfect match. The 1.0 is a bit too bright, so I'm using it for aegyo sal. It's just right for covering small areas. As expected, the concealer from The Saem is the best!

If left alone, it may dry out a bit, so you should wipe it with a tissue or the back of your hand before applying it.

As mentioned earlier, it feels soft yet dries out when applied properly. Over time, the area where the concealer is applied starts to feel slightly lifted.

I bought a yellow-tinted concealer that is slightly lighter than my actual skin tone, as it is said to effectively cover reddish spots. The color is good when applied directly to the targeted area, but it looks a bit yellow when applied more broadly. Next time, I might choose a shade that is one tone brighter. As for the formula, it feels somewhat soft, yet slightly drying when applied. So it doesn't completely cover the spots in a creamy way. Or it could be an issue with my application skills. In any case, I think that 100% coverage is not possible, so I'm using it well.

I've tried all three of The Face Shop's concealers, and this one is my second favorite!
It covers well and is convenient to carry around, so I've been using it quite a lot.

When used with the angled, densely-packed brush, it's truly the best. Just a few quick strokes and you're all set!

After continued use, the tip of the pencil does tend to get a bit oddly clumped up. But that's an easy fix - just give it a quick sharpening with a pencil sharpener and you're good to go.

Honestly, what can I say? This is an essential item - I can't do my makeup without it. There simply isn't a concealer pencil out there that matches this one in terms of application, coverage, longevity, and even price.

If you drop it or don't close the lid properly, it can get a bit crumbly...? 
But it's okay because the coverage is worth it.

This is great for when you have acne scars left over!!! 
Why didn't I start using this sooner?ㅠㅠ The coverage is good and I'm satisfied.
