  After lining your eyes with eyeliner, gently shape the line with a cotton swab before it dries. This worked well for me! It also worked great for creating a slightly reddish look under the eyes:)

  Pros

  I really enjoy using products that draw an under-eye line with a subtle lift. When I don't want to use a brown shade, I use this rosy-toned product instead. It gives the desired under-eye lift effect without making my eyes look irritated. The liner in the photo is applied to the under-eye area. While it may look a bit too brown in the photo, it's actually a deep, muted rose color in real life!

  I've been using a similar color from Pia as well, but the Pia one is much less drying. The Pia liner always stays smooth and creamy, while the one I'm using now has become a bit stiff and difficult to apply. It's still usable, but not as nice as the Pia one. I probably won't repurchase this liner again.
