When I opened the package, I was impressed by the clean and pretty design - it made a great first impression. As for the product itself, I really liked how it felt to use. After shampooing, there was a slight cooling sensation, probably from the mint ingredients. I personally love this feeling, so I found it really refreshing. It gave me the sense that it was cleaning my hair more thoroughly. There's also a subtle peppermint scent (which wasn't overpowering). The fragrance doesn't seem to linger much after washing, which might disappoint those who like scented shampoos, but perhaps they aimed for a universally appealing scent. ConsRecommendedThe pump seems a bit weak. It makes an odd noise when dispensing the product. Also, the amount that comes out with each pump is quite small, which is frustrating. Since I have long hair and need a good amount of product, I have to pump it 2-3 times more than other shampoos.
