As noted in the cons, it can mix with subsequent skincare products, so allow sufficient time for absorption before applying other products. Previously non-sensitive, but now reacts to products since my skin barrier was compromised. 1. Texture is ointment-like. Spreads easily but feels tacky like glue after application. 2. Slight medicinal scent, almost unscented. 3. Leaves a slight tightening sensation, not from dryness but from the pore-tightening effect. 4. Despite warnings about potential irritation from retinol, suggesting use every 2-3 days, I didn't experience any, even after exfoliation. (Still, I applied it every 2-3 days, only at night, 5-6 times total.) Overall: Though I've only used it 5-6 times, I'm seeing results. No irritation, good absorption, and effective. I'd repurchase based on the results alone.
