I really like that!
ConsI reapply it several times a day, but it feels more rich than hydrating, which leaves me feeling a bit uncomfortable.

Reapplication was also super easy.
ConsIt left a strong rich feeling, making my face look a bit shiny. The oily residue created a film-like layer that bothered me. I know the birch series targets oily and combination dehydrated skin, but the sunstick feels quite different from the sunscreen, which was disappointing.

It applies incredibly lightly. It's not thick at all, making it perfect for stick application. The hydration level is off the charts!
ConsAfter application, there's a moisturizing effect, but it leaves my entire face looking oily and shiny. It does improve a bit as time passes.

The moisturizing effect would be great for dry skin.
ConsIt's a bit tricky to apply in small areas. It's challenging to apply thoroughly, and while it's not particularly rich, it makes my face look too shiny. There's no heavy feeling, so it's not oily, but I think it might be even shinier in summer.

(more on this in the cons) ✔️Fragrance-free and colorless ✔️Is this enough? No worries This seems to be the stick's biggest advantage With regular sunscreens, you need to apply two finger-lengths and layer it, which is cumbersome and time-consuming. With a stick, you just swipe and you're done
Cons✔️A bit too rich for me I mainly use it in summer, but it's so rich that makeup doesn't adhere well and reduces longevity, which is disappointing True to its name as a hydrating sunstick, the hydration is good, but I wish it was less rich
TipWhen applying makeup, try this: After applying the sunstick, wait about 5 minutes (giving it time to set), then gently blot your entire face with oil blotting paper before applying makeup. This method works quite well.

It's not greasy or oily, but rather a perfect balance of oil and hydration. - There's no white cast, and it doesn't clump excessively, so you can layer it without worry. However, it feels more like it sits on the skin rather than being fully absorbed, so if you apply too much, it might pill under makeup.
Cons- Due to the different formulation, it feels less gentle than the original cream-type birch sunscreen. There's a slight eye irritation, though not severe. (The original sunscreen caused no eye irritation at all) - I wish it had even more hydration than oil (I was hoping for that super watery, hydration-packed feeling), so that was a bit disappointing. While it's one of the better sunsticks I've tried and the product quality is good, for some reason I don't find myself reaching for it often. I'm still unsure if I'll repurchase.

ConsAlthough it's marketed as a hydrating sun stick, it feels a bit too rich. If you apply too much, the excess oil makes it feel like things are constantly sticking to your face, causing irritation

No blemishes. No eye irritation. Convenient to carry. Absorbs well. I've been using the birch sunscreen and it suits me so well that I'm using it consistently. When the sun stick came out as a new product, I trusted the brand and bought it. Sunscreen should be reapplied every two hours, but cream types can be inconvenient to carry and, most importantly, can't be applied over makeup. But then the birch sun stick was released! It's great for easily reapplying sun protection when I'm out with makeup on. Of course, you need to touch up your makeup carefully after reapplying, as it can smudge.
ConsThe round stick shape makes it difficult to apply thoroughly on curved areas like the nose. As for the hydrating and soothing effects... well, I'm not so sure. Rather than feeling deeply hydrated, it seems to have a bit of an oily finish. As someone who likes a glowy look, I'm still using it well, but I think opinions on this might be quite divided.
TipBecause it gives a glow, you could probably use it as a highlighter or multi-purpose balm as well.

The size is just right - not too big, not too small - so you can apply it anytime. It doesn't leave residue on your hands, which makes it perfect for frequent reapplication.
ConsWhile it's marketed as a hydrating sun stick, I was a bit disappointed that the finish feels more rich and slightly greasy rather than providing that hydration I expected.

Unlike other sunscreens, this one feels more hydrating than sticky when applied! It's also fragrance-free! As someone with sensitive skin, I used it without any issues! What I'm most satisfied with is that even though I have super sensitive skin, I didn't experience any major blemishes while using it. Not even minor ones!
ConsTo be honest, I think it falls short of being truly hydrating as claimed. You need to have a solid skincare base! It's not quite as moisturizing as advertised... that's a bit disappointing. But don't apply too much either. The hydration can mix with your skin's natural oils and lead to an oil overload.
TipMake sure you have a good skincare base. Since the moisture can turn into oil, those with oily skin should use it cautiously!
