When applied to the skin, it has a plump and bouncy feel! When I use this, I feel like my base makeup applies better.

It was good for someone like me with oily skin, as it had very little oil content and spread on the skin smoothly and moisturized it well.
Cons
However, the silicone ingredients added to prevent moisture loss ended up creating a thin film on the skin, which caused more oil to surface over time. Since I don't like the feeling of that film, I don't think I'll be repurchasing this product.

Even my husband told me to stop using the new skincare. I stopped using it and switched to other products, and my skin has been slowly recovering. Looking back at the Hwahae reviews, it seems the silicone oil in this product may have been the issue. Other silicone oils were fine, but this specific one didn't agree with me. So I've gone back to using the products I used to use that don't have this problematic silicone oil.
