The fragrance is lovely, making hair washing a pleasant experience. Personally, I prefer the other scent that came out - Fair Freesia? - but this one is nice too. I've been using Labo-H shampoo for several bottles now because it tangles my hair less than other anti-hair loss shampoos and doesn't cause any blemishes on my scalp.

Although it's marketed as an anti-hair loss shampoo, I didn't notice any effect on preventing hair loss at all.

This shampoo has a creamy texture. It lathers up nicely and being from the perfume line, it smells wonderful. I had used this product before purchasing it on Hwahae, but I repurchased Blanche because the scent is more intense. I'm on my third bottle, alternating with other shampoos. While I'm not sure about its effectiveness in preventing hair loss, it leaves my hair quite soft after washing. If your hair isn't severely damaged, you might not even need conditioner or treatment afterwards. For those with sensitive scalps who experience hair loss when touching their head, this gentle shampoo might be helpful. I plan to continue using it because of its pleasant fragrance and good ingredients.

I've been using this shampoo with satisfaction for several years since developing seborrheic dermatitis. It's a trusted brand I discovered then. The cream formula lathers well and feels nice to use.

Mixing it with the sensitive version gives a nice scent and works well.

I bought this shampoo while searching for one with a nice fragrance and good ingredients. Actually, I think I prefer the freesia scent I purchased alongside it, but this woody aroma is quite pleasant too. After using La Bohe's cool menthol scent for a while, it's refreshing to use a shampoo with a distinct fragrance. It lathers well and leaves my hair soft even without using a separate conditioner.

It leaves my skin feeling itchy and overly oily, as if there's a residue that doesn't rinse off completely.

The scent is pleasant, and it lathers up nicely with rich foam. Overall, it has a comfortable feel when using.

Buy as a bundle deal at Olive Young, purchase during sales, and make sure to use a conditioner with it.

While I'm generally satisfied, if I had to point out some drawbacks:

Price: Coming from using average supermarket shampoos, I felt the value for money was slightly lower. However, it's not exorbitantly priced, and given the superior ingredients, the price difference is manageable.

Conditioner is a must: Probably due to the ingredients, unlike when I used supermarket shampoos, my hair felt a bit dry after showering with this product. (Interestingly, my scalp felt less dry). It seems to leave less residue and feels less slippery. 
- However, this isn't a major issue as Olive Young often sells it bundled with a conditioner!

Apart from these, I didn't find any significant disappointments.

Fragrance: I've tried the Blanche body wash, and this is remarkably similar! I actually prefer this scent as it has a subtle woody note that's more noticeable. Don't worry, the woodiness isn't overpowering. For those unfamiliar with the Blanche scent, it's not heavy like Dove, but rather a lighter, smooth soap scent. It's clean and fresh, like a well-ironed shirt! If you enjoy soap scents, you'll likely love this. The fragrance isn't overwhelming at all.

Texture: Post-shower, it leaves you feeling refreshed without any greasy residue - a pleasantly good experience overall! I appreciated that it doesn't strip the scalp, leaving it dry. Instead, it felt quite nice. (Note: I tend to have less oily hair than most. Keep in mind that individual experiences may vary!)

Ingredients: It feels like the original Labo H shampoo with an added fragrance, so the ingredients are quite good for a shampoo. While I'm not particularly sensitive to body wash or shampoo ingredients, and can't notice dramatic differences, switching from a supermarket shampoo to this gives me a feeling that it's probably better for my body.

Dandruff reduction: My boyfriend has severe dry dandruff (it used to flake like flour with unsuitable shampoos), but using this product significantly reduced his dandruff.

I forgot how itchy my scalp got last year when I used the Pear and Freesia scent. I bought a different fragrance during the recent Olive Young sale, but... sure enough, it's still so itchy. My hair feels really dry and brittle too. I think I'll have to stick with the basic green cap from L'abo Eti.
