I'm not sure if the reason the core breaks when it's trimmed too much is because too much force is being applied or if the core is just weak.

The price is also great, and it's so easy to draw my eyebrows with this product! In fact, about a week after I started using it, a friend commented that my eyebrows looked really well-drawn lately. Highly recommended!!
