Pros

First off, I love how gentle it is. I noticed it's made with only natural ingredients, so it can even be used as a feminine hygiene product, which is how I've been using it too. Other cleansing balms were too oily and left a greasy residue in the drain, but this one dissolves into foam completely, which is fantastic. It's also great that I don't need to do a second cleanse!

Cons

There wasn't anything particularly bad, but I don't use waterproof mascara so I'm not sure about that. However, a friend mentioned that sometimes it doesn't completely remove mascara.
