This is the best lip balm I've ever used. It has a delightfully chewy texture when applied, and it's incredibly moisturizing with long-lasting hydration. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey. I prefer lip balms with a firmer texture rather than those that apply like water, so I really liked this slightly stiffer lip balm! It's perfect for carrying around. I didn't really have any issues... Maybe the price is a bit high? But that's unavoidable I guess. This absorbs incredibly smoothly and quickly calms even the driest lips. It works wonders even when applied to completely parched lips. While the staying power isn't extraordinary, it's reliable and fragrance-free, so it doesn't cause any irritation. I bought this on sale and I'm really enjoying it, but I'd hesitate to pay full price. It might be a bit steep at regular cost.

My lips tend to have severe dead skin cells 365 days a year. When I exfoliated daily during cleansing, it seemed to get worse. So I switched to just using lip balm without exfoliating. It might take some time, but after applying, my lips feel much more hydrated. I'm not sure if it's a product defect, but after use, it doesn't retract fully. I always have to press it down with my hand to make it go back in.
