ProsAs someone who really loves face oils, I noticed the yellow color which suggests they've used unrefined jojoba oil. I'm a fan of repurposing cosmetic containers, especially for face oils where I often add other natural oils. This bottle seems perfect for that - it has a wide opening and the heavy glass gives it a sturdy feel. The 'Made in France' label on the packaging makes it look like it would make a nice gift too.
ConsDespite being labeled as rose oil, there's barely a hint of rose scent - I wonder if they even added a drop of rose essential oil. I'm puzzled by the high amount of isopropyl palmitate. While it does make the oil apply lightly, it's a comedogenic ingredient that can clog pores. I wish they hadn't included it. In fact, after using this oil for about a week, I broke out. I bought this in late 2023, but was disappointed to find it was manufactured in 2019. Even though oils have a long shelf life, buying something over 4 years old didn't sit well with me. Considering the price, the volume seems small, and with so many alternatives out there, I find it hard to recommend this product.
