I'm very satisfied that when applied to the eyes, it doesn't appear black but rather shows its true color. Texture, Application, and Pigmentation: The eyeliner has a medium to slightly runny consistency, allowing it to glide on smoothly without irritating or scratching the delicate eye area. The pigmentation is also good, delivering full color in just one stroke.
ConsCompared to other Clio eyeliners, this one tends to smudge more, so I haven't reached for it since trying it once.

It's a perfectly subdued brown that's not too dark, not too light, not too yellow, and not too red. If you've found other products to be too orange-yellow or chocolate brown, making them stand out too much, I highly recommend this one. 2. It glides on smoothly and sets quickly! I already have eyes that don't smudge easily, but still!
Cons1. It might be too soft for beginners to apply easily. 2. It's not only too soft but also too thick, which could make it challenging for novices to use effectively. 3. The softness combined with the thickness means that even if you try to shape it, it quickly becomes blunt again. I think the lack of a built-in sharpener is due to point 3... Using a sharpener would probably lead to smearing or breaking more often than successful shaping. It might have been better to include a built-in brush and make it a gel-type product instead.
TipI'm puzzled why they made it a pencil... Let's all think of this as a pen-shaped gel liner from now on. Everyone, grab your gel liner brushes! 1. Clean your brush thoroughly with Vaseline or a similar cream. If there's any residual eyeliner, it can clump and won't apply smoothly. 2-1. You can apply it like a regular eyeliner, even if it goes on bluntly at first. 2-2. Alternatively, extend just a tiny bit of product and evenly coat your brush. 3. Use the brush to soften the line you've drawn or gently apply the product. ☆☆Since it sets quickly, you need to work fast. If it hardens and becomes difficult to work with, repeat step 1 without getting eyeliner on the brush, and it should soften up again.☆☆ I use this one product to create a thicker guide line by adjusting the intensity, then add a more intense line close to the lash line. This way, I don't even need a separate brush pen, which is great!

It's a shade between brown and charcoal, perfect for those who love creating subtle eye shadows. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a soft, understated look!
ConsAs for it staying put... well, my eyelids tend to be a bit oily, so even with powder and baking, it still smudges. I don't think I'll be able to use this during the summer months!

Color: A unique grayish-brown hue. Perfect for cool-toned individuals who don't suit intense eye makeup. It's an intriguing shade somewhere between a matte brown and gray. 2. Application: The smoothest application I've ever experienced in the Hwahae Testers pencil line. It's so soft that you might worry about breaking the lead, but surprisingly, it doesn't break. Still, I recommend extending it little by little just to be safe. 3. Versatility: The smooth application is a double-edged sword. The blunt, soft tip is great for lining the waterline in one swoop and makes blending a breeze. However, unless you're a pro, it's tricky to create a sharp wing. For precise wing tips, I suggest using an eyeliner brush. 5. Pros: The color itself has a grayish tint and low saturation, so what you see is the maximum color payoff. You can achieve a natural eyeliner look even with careless application. I've always thought Clio's eyeliner line was top-notch, so I bought this with confidence. But this product seems a bit disappointing...
ConsThe downside of an eyeliner with good application... It smudges! It really smudges! 1. Longevity: The staying power is really about 2.5/5. I clearly tested it for smudging at the store before buying! But after a day out, it leaves residue like debris. The liner itself doesn't completely disappear, but it transfers badly to the inner corner and smudges quite a bit. As someone with hidden double eyelids and slightly watery eyes, it leaves residue-like marks. If you apply it to the waterline, it will likely transfer to both the lower and upper lash lines. Even after setting with powder twice, it still transfers as shown in the photo.
TipIt looks natural even when used with a brush to define the inner corner. The color is pretty. If you make a mistake while applying, it's easy to correct by wiping it off. It feels a bit like solidified watercolor paint in a palette? It reminds me of those nostalgic crayon watercolors, so you can blend it with a brush.

I'm really pleased with my choice!
ConsIt's disappointing that you can't sharpen the pencil, so the tip becomes blunt over time, making it difficult to draw thin lines.

ConsThe downside is that I prefer drawing thin eyeliner, so this felt a bit thick for my taste.

It's a gray-brown without any red undertones, but it's not a cool tone - it's a warm, rich brown color. The application is smooth, and it stays put, which I love.
ConsIt seems a bit thicker compared to regular pencil liners. The tip is blunt, making it difficult to draw thin lines, unfortunately.

While the color was better, I wasn't thrilled with the pearl finish and was considering trying something else. That's when I spotted this new pencil liner with exactly the shade I was looking for, so I bought it right away. It's a true brown without any reddish or yellowish undertones. In a way, it might seem a bit muted compared to my previous liner, but when applied to the eyes, it doesn't look dull at all - it's perfect. It's not as stark as black, but rather a soft grey-brown. I think people who find intense eyeliners overwhelming would really appreciate this. (I'd recommend checking out the color in-store at Olive Young or other shops to see it for yourself.) The liner glides on smoothly without any tugging, which is great. Clio pencil liners are all impressive.
ConsI can't directly compare it to the Sharp So Simple since I've discarded that one, but this liner seems a bit thicker.
