I'm currently using Hwahae, but a few years ago when I had no interest in Hwahae and was completely unaware of it, I just bought it on my own to use it alone. Now, when I don't need to wear tint, I sometimes just dab a little bit and use it as a base lip product. It seems to be quite decent in terms of cost-effectiveness.
Cons
The durability doesn't seem to last that long. Please be mindful when using it.

It didn't come off very well. But the color payoff is great! Awesome, awesome, awesome.
