Use a small amount and gently apply it to the outer areas, avoiding the inside. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. It's especially great during your menstrual cycle!

It might not be a bad idea to release a foam version too! The gel texture is a bit sticky, so I felt like it didn't rinse off easily when washing.
