  I started using this because I had severe atopic dermatitis on the back of my neck and shoulders. The overwhelming moisturizing and soothing properties are a perfect fit for me, so I still only apply the Dream Cream to the back of my neck and shoulders. If you're only going to apply it to specific areas like me, the generous amount means you can use it for quite a while. During the really dry times or when I was using the air conditioner, the difference between the days I applied it and the days I didn't was very noticeable.

  The moisturizing power is the best!!! When I apply it at night and go to sleep, the fragrance is nice and it leaves my skin feeling soft and moist. It helps me sleep well too. Since the moisturizing power is so great, I think I can use it for a long time. In the winter, my calves often look unsightly, but when I apply it at night and wake up in the morning, I don't feel like my calves are dry all day after showering. I also apply it on the tops of my feet, and my feet feel so much softer now. It's amazing!

  The downside is that I can't use it during the day as it makes my skin too oily. Haha. I'll have to buy a separate hand cream to use while I'm active. And since I have atopic skin...
