😊Decent coverage I'm using it with a brush and it covers most minor blemishes well. Using a concealer is better, but even without it, the coverage is decent enough that it doesn't show much. It covers redness well, and although my skin isn't the best, it covered it nicely! 😊Lovely breakdown It doesn't cake or clump around the nose or other areas prone to creasing. When it breaks down, there's no darkening, and just a little touch-up can restore it to its original state.

😥Breaks out badly if not removed properly... It's understandable, but the degree seems quite severe... It seems to cause more breakouts than when I use other products. + Not recommended for long-wear (over 8 hours) if it can't be removed easily. 😥Hygiene concerns Like most stick foundations, if you're not diligent about brush maintenance and cleanliness, it can be worrying from a hygiene standpoint. + I foolishly threw away the clear cap, thinking it was useless...

I've never had acne even in my late 30s, but after using this, I developed sensitive acne for the first time and had to go to a dermatologist. I intentionally bought a foundation stick that was darker than my skin tone to contour my face (under the cheeks and on the sides of the cheeks), but after using it for a month or two, I suddenly started getting acne. My skin type is not sensitive, and I'm normally not prone to breakouts with most products, but this product just didn't agree with me at all.

Pros
This is my first time using this foundation. I generally prefer a more natural look with just BB cream, but I wanted to cover up my freckles a bit. This product was perfect for that. I don't use it all over my face, just lightly on the areas with freckles, the bridge of my nose, and my forehead. It provides a dewy, natural-looking coverage.
Cons
There's nothing I'm disappointed with. I hope more good products come out and that this one doesn't get discontinued.
Tip
You can use a foundation brush, but if you don't wear a lot of makeup like me, just dab it on with your fingertips and then gently pat it in with a makeup sponge for a really natural look~

The stick form makes it easy to swipe and apply on the face. It also has good coverage.
Cons
It doesn't crumble much, but when applied on the skin, it feels heavy, uncomfortable, and stuffy. The Make Up For Ever foundation is really disappointing considering the price. Etude House Double Lasting seems to suit me better.

It was very easy to use I was really concerned about the hygiene aspect of the stick, but when I opened the lid, there was an additional small plastic lid, which was really nice And above all, the coverage is a really important factor, and for big pimples I would apply the concealer once more, but for other blemishes, the coverage was satisfactory I also have combination skin, but I've never felt it was dry Lastly, the longevity - since I'm always doing touch-up makeup with powder, my opinion on longevity is entirely subjective, so I can't say for certain

Pros
I've been using only cushions and BB creams, but about 3 months ago, I purchased and tried this foundation for the first time, and I think I'll continue using this product from now on. The coverage, longevity, and everything are great, and as long as I adjust the amount properly, it covers the skin naturally and thinly, making the skin texture look better. The pore coverage is also really good, and I haven't had to retouch my makeup all day even after using it for over 3 months. I've been using it from the hot summer to the current dry and cold season, and when applied, it spreads lightly and moisturized, and the finish is semi-matte, so with just a little bit of skincare, I can use it without any dryness these days. At first, I used it with a sponge, but then I gathered the courage to buy a Makeup Forever brush and tried it, and the combination is really, really good, so I strongly recommend this combo!!! I tested it at the store and got the color recommendation, and the shade is a beautiful ivory that's not too yellow or red. It also doesn't feel like it's wearing off quickly, so I think the amount is enough to last for a long time.
Cons
Since I'm stamping the stick foundation directly onto my skin, dust tends to stick to it. I sometimes wipe the surface with a tissue or peel it off with tape. After using it for a few months, the outer lid has become a bit loose, so the lid comes off easily. In terms of the product performance, it's a perfect match for me without any downsides, but the only inconvenient thing is that I have to make sure to close the inner cap tightly.
Tip
I've tried using a sponge and my hands, but there was no tool as good as the Makeup Forever brush. I highly recommend the combination of the Makeup Forever brush and this foundation! Instead of rubbing it on, gently stamp it onto the face, and it will cover the skin evenly without looking too thick.
