What?!?!? They said not to use it every day! They should have mentioned that somewhere! It's a First Essence with a toner-like texture. It feels a bit more nourishing than a water toner, so it's less drying.
Cons

It was not sticky, lightweight, and had decent absorption.
Cons
It was fine at first, but later my face became itchy after using this product, so I switched to another product in the middle. The absorption was not bad, but it evaporated just as quickly.
Tip
I would not recommend this for cleansing oil.

Hmm...it seems like we just didn't click. There wasn't really anything I liked about it. The price was an issue too.

I broke out in red blotches after using this. After reading the reviews, I found that others had similar inflammatory reactions, so there must be some irritating ingredients. There are also reviews saying it stings, so I don't recommend this.

When you shake the case, the texture is sloshy, so it's a water-type essence. But when you actually apply it, the feel isn't watery at all! It has a somewhat viscous, toner-like, substantial feel with a sticky residue, so it seems to be good for moisture. I prefer products with a residual feel for the first toner or essence I use after cleansing, since I have dry skin. The fragrance is also quite pronounced, apparently the inherent scent of black tea without any added fragrances. It's a familiar fragrance that I've encountered in some other cosmetics, but I'm not sure exactly which product.

<Hwahae Trial Reviewer Review!!> First of all, I tend to have some acne concentrated on my cheeks, and when I first used this product, the texture was quite nice and plump right after application. The formulation is not too heavy, so it can be used even in the summer. In the middle of winter, using it twice a day would be just right without any flaking. For the areas without acne, my skin felt a bit smoother after applying and sleeping. (Review from a 50s combination skin mother) My mother's skin didn't have any particular issues. She felt her skin became moisturized and lightweight right after application. As I mentioned, using it twice a day in the winter would be better. After waking up, her skin was still moisturized, not excessively oily. She said it's a decent product to use, not exceptionally great, but easy to use.

The next day, it wasn't exactly a full-on breakout, but my skin became reddened, and the existing acne's sebum seemed to have all surfaced. This was a bit different from the breakout when using a bad product, so I was a bit puzzled. This is a review I'm writing a week after receiving the late delivery.^^The surface has a radiant glow, but the inside is tightened and I've been struggling with breakouts. There were a few sebum-filled bumps like cysts near my ears, and even after squeezing them out, they kept coming back up unevenly. But after using this product for just two days, those issues have completely gone away. I used the toner the first night I received the product, and after drying my hair, I felt some dryness. The next morning, when I used my regular products first, it was fine. The texture is completely watery, but as soon as it touches the skin, it absorbs right in, leaving a slightly tacky feeling between my hands and face. I'm also using the Black Tea Ampoule, and using them together has had a great synergistic effect on my pore elasticity.(I had enlarged pores due to acne scars on my cheeks)
