ConsThe container isn't very hygienic to use. I generally dislike jar packaging

While it's not always true that expensive products or similar ingredients guarantee quality, I found this works well for me in specific uses! I have combination skin, but oddly enough, my eye area always felt extremely dry no matter what I applied. Even with eye creams or sticks, my eye area would feel tight whenever I moved my facial muscles after a few hours. However, I love how moisturizing this is when I apply it thickly before bed and thinly in the morning! Also, I've noticed it helps soothe my fingertips, which often peel due to applying prescription ointments (like azelaic acid and hydroquinone) directly.
ConsIt's incredibly rich, so if you don't have dry skin, I absolutely wouldn't recommend using it all over your face. Even for the eye area, you might want to avoid it if you're prone to milia. However, I'm used to applying heavy creams generously around my eyes, so I'm fine. Be aware that it has Nivea's signature strong baby powder scent that everyone knows.
TipYou don't have to limit its use to just your face. It's versatile enough to use on your hands, areas of your body prone to dead skin cells, and various other parts as an all-purpose moisturizer.

Usually, no matter what I apply, I experience deep dryness. If I use even slightly rich creams, my face gets oily on the surface while staying dry underneath, leading to blemishes. However, this cream isn't as rich as I expected. When applied in a thin layer, it keeps my face from feeling tight all day. Even when I'm in front of a heater, my skin feels relatively less tight. I've only been using it for two days, so I think I'll need to use it for at least a month to fully assess its effects.
ConsThe way this absorbs is... incredibly thick and stiff. Also, opening and closing the case is quite inconvenient.
TipI found it works better if you spread a small amount on your palms and warm it up before applying.

The texture is quite thick, but you can easily spread a thin layer over your face.
ConsThe cream tends to stick to the lid when opening, but you can simply wipe it clean.

But if you apply a thin layer of this as the final step of your skincare routine, avoiding the T-zone, it prevents any cracking or separation. If you apply it carefully before bed as the last step of your nighttime routine, again avoiding the T-zone, you'll wake up to velvety-soft skin. Just remember to cleanse thoroughly!
ConsIt's best to avoid applying this to areas with active oil production!

I apply it thinly to my body and face, and it absorbs well.
ConsThe portable version is really crappy.. ㅠㅠ I want to carry it around, but it's inconvenient to use.
TipCutting open the foil package a little at a time makes it easier to use!!

After sufficiently hydrating my skin, applying a thin layer before bedtime leaves my skin feeling pleasantly smooth and supple the next morning. It actually leaves a nice, non-greasy finish that helps control the oil.
ConsSometimes when I feel like my face has too much oil, applying the cream makes it even more shiny and greasy.
TipFor those with oily skin, if you find your skin getting too dry in the winter, try gently warming a small amount of the cream in your hands and applying it thinly before bed - it should help.

It has better spreadability and a softer texture than the Nivea cream in Korea, so I can apply it in a thinner layer and it feels less sticky. The Japanese Nivea cream contains squalane and jojoba oil, which might be the reason. I don't use it in the evening, but when I'm too lazy to apply a separate skin lotion and cream in the morning, this one works well to keep my skin moisturized. I think I'll keep using it, except in the summer.
ConsIt kind of coats my skin, so cleansing doesn't work well. The fragrance is quite strong and bothers me. It has the typical Nivea cream scent like the one in Korea. And the fact that I have to order it from overseas is inconvenient. There was a slight tingling sensation at first, but it seemed to go away as I kept using it. However, the moisturizing effect isn't as good as I expected. Since I have sensitive skin, my face sometimes gets a bit red. I've tried various skincare products containing mineral oil and petrolatum, but they don't seem to work well for my skin. When my skin was normal to combination, those ingredients were fine, but after it became very dry, a lot of products don't agree with me anymore. Not all natural products work for me either - the ones that do are limited, like shea butter, olive oil, honey, propolis, royal jelly, and lanolin. Among the chemical preservatives, the ones that work for me are phenoxyethanol, methylparaben, and sodium benzoate. Based on my experience trying out different products, the silicone ingredients that seem to work the best for me are cyclopentasiloxane, dimethicone, and olefin.

I heard that the ingredients in the German domestic version were good, so I started applying it to my face. No matter how thick I layered my skincare, the area around my nose and the sides would always turn red and irritated. But after using this product for just a few days, the redness completely subsided. Most importantly, the price was absolutely wonderful.
ConsWell, the price is very kind considering the quality. It seems to absorb quite well, and ㅠㅡㅠ it's a bit difficult to find in Korea. I've heard rumors that the version sold at Olive Young is the German domestic product.
TipI've also used the Artrix hand cream (not the watery one with the olive design, but the thicker formula) on my face before (when I was outside and my skin was extremely dry, as a temporary solution), and it worked amazingly!

The finish is just right - not too greasy, but still plump and supple. Other creams I've used tend to feel heavy and leave an unpleasant, tacky residue when I try to massage them in, but this one is great! Even though I have a combination skin type and tend to be oily in the summer, I can still use a small amount of this cream and it works well. It's affordable too, only 2000-3000 won! The amount is quite generous and it can be used all over - on dry areas like nails, heels, elbows, and the rest of the body. It's very versatile, so I highly recommend this to those with dry or dehydrated skin types!
ConsThe only downside is that those with very oily skin may find it a bit too much for summer use, but even then, using just a small amount should work fine.
TipIf you apply it before bed, your skin will feel so soft and plump in the morning...! +I heard the products sold at Korean Daiso stores used to have humectant ingredients, but those may have changed by now! Look for the ones without the circular symbol on the back when purchasing.
