All products from this brand work really well for me. Even with heavy eye makeup, it cleanses thoroughly without needing a separate eye makeup remover. On days when I go all out with makeup, including primer and mascara, this gently dissolves everything. I just wipe with a tissue and then cleanse. The reason I can't use that famous B*** balm is because it's too oily and doesn't wash off well even with water. This one, however, feels as light as a pre-oil massage. It melts away completely with just one water rinse. After cleansing, my skin doesn't feel tight, just moisturized. Not particularly impressive? While the ingredients list could be better, I have super sensitive and dry skin, but I've never had a blemish from this! As mentioned above, gently massage it in, wipe once with a tissue, then follow with foam cleansing for best results.
