The fragrance is not strong, and the ingredients seem mild. The texture is watery, like nasal discharge, and it does not cause major breakouts. The capacity is too small, so it gets used up too quickly. Other than that, there's not much else wrong with it.

It seems great for soothing the skin. It's gentle and hydrating, so I've been using it before applying makeup. There's not really anything to complain about, but it's better used as a cooling treatment when your face is flushed rather than as a regular skincare product. It's excellent for sunburns. I loved how it applies lightly and provides great hydration. I really felt it was excellent for soothing and cooling the skin. It's so good that I'll definitely repurchase when I run out! The product itself has no drawbacks, it's really great. This ampoule has a thin consistency that spreads easily and evenly. It's perfect for light, fuss-free application in summer. The formula feels gentle without any irritation and absorbs quickly. It's ideal for combination dehydrated or oily skin types to use before makeup in the warmer months. I didn't notice any significant skin improvement, and due to its thin texture, the hydration doesn't last very long. It's moisturizing and perfect for summer use. It's great for soothing the skin, noticeably reducing redness, and helping to cool down the skin. The volume is a bit small for the price point. Also, the pump is hard to press, and when you do manage to push it down, the product tends to squirt out too forcefully. It seems to work even better when used in combination with a cream.

If I apply it before bed, my skin's condition is restored by the next morning. The only downside is the small size! I really wish Kiehl's would offer a larger volume. I really like that the scent isn't overpowering, which is great. The texture isn't sticky or gooey, which I appreciate. Even when I apply a generous amount, it absorbs well without any pilling. I haven't noticed any soothing effects yet. That's the most disappointing aspect for me so far.
