This product is gently moisturizing for sensitive skin. During the process of treating a sudden full-body hive outbreak, my skin barrier was completely compromised, leaving it extremely sensitive and itchy. Even the body lotion I had been using well previously started to be rejected by my body. The Derma-B and Illiyoon products also just felt drying. But this product leaves a lasting moisture after just one application. There is no itchiness or heavy feeling even when layering it on. The micro-fine ceramide+ derma-on skin lipid ingredients seem to be the key technology behind this product. I'm on my second bottle and highly recommend this for sensitive skin.
