  I bought this cream primarily for my son who has dry patches on his cheeks and chin, especially during seasonal changes. We've gone through about 3 tubes so far. The tube packaging is hygienic, and the fragrance-free formula has a good balance of oil and moisture, absorbing well into the skin. It's a versatile cream that works for us. What I appreciate most is that it's more affordable compared to other brands, making it a comfortable choice for regular use during transitional seasons.

  While it's suitable for use throughout the year, I find the hydration level a bit lacking for my son's dry cheeks and chin during winter. To compensate, I often need to apply an extra layer or use Vaseline or Bepanthen on particularly dry areas.

  The absorption isn't great, so you need to pat it in for quite a while. Since it's in a tube, it's not easy to squeeze out when your hands are slippery.

  Pros

  The hydration is top-notch! I've been living with nummular eczema, and even though I've tried Bepanthen and steroid ointments, they only worked temporarily. Even dermatologist-prescribed creams were ineffective, so I had given up. But since using this product, my worries have disappeared! I think I've gone through dozens of tubes for my children.

  Cons

  It comes out in big globs, so it runs out really quickly. The volume is disappointing.

  Tip

  I didn't see much effect from the same brand's emulsion. The cream seems to be the best.
