It seems like it would be soothing for skin that's red and inflamed due to atopic dermatitis.
ConsThe fragrance-free formula actually makes it smell a bit artificial. While it's reassuring to know it contains good ingredients, there's a slight rubber-like scent. How should I describe it?
TipEven when layered with oil, it absorbs well without feeling sticky, leaving the skin feeling soft and smooth.

They recommended applying cream year-round, so I've tried various options. Our previous cream wasn't absorbing well, so I was on the hunt for a new one when I spotted the Pyunkang Yul cream and decided to give it a try. Absorption: Compared to our previous slow-absorbing cream, this one seems to absorb much better. Hydration: Being from the atopy line, it provides long-lasting moisture. I've been consistently applying it to my child's exceptionally dry legs and tops of feet, and I'm noticing gradual improvement in the dryness.
ConsThe scent is a bit ambiguous. It's reminiscent of both medicinal and plum extract aromas...

The lid had a foil seal, which was very hygienic. When I first opened it and squeezed out a bit, it had a nice cream consistency. The texture isn't too thick or sticky. There's a slight medicinal scent, but no other fragrances. It feels a bit rich when you apply it, but once it's fully absorbed, there's no stickiness left. My 9-year-old son said, 'Mom, this emulsion is perfect for me! It's not slippery or uncomfortable.' He usually finds other emulsions uncomfortable because they make his clothes stick to him, but he immediately said this was the one he'd been looking for. He's been applying it enthusiastically. The hydration is great, so it should be good for dry skin. For reference, my daughter has atopic dermatitis, so she only uses it on her body. She likes how it moisturizes and keeps her skin hydrated. We avoid using it on her face though, as it causes blemishes.
ConsMy son likes everything about it except for the medicinal scent, which he finds a bit off-putting. This might be a point of contention for some users. When I tried it on my face, it felt like applying ointment. Also, if you have oily skin, it might feel a bit heavy during summer. I'm hesitant to use it on skin with blemishes as it might make the skin look even more shiny.
TipIt's great for applying to dry areas like elbows and knees. It leaves the skin feeling really hydrated!

I applied it to my child's dry legs and fingers (from thumb-sucking), and because it absorbs so fast with minimal stickiness, it was easy to dress them right after. My child didn't mind it either. When I use products with poor absorption, they usually complain about the slipperiness and wipe it on their clothes. Despite being a cream, it absorbs quickly, but unlike most fast-absorbing creams that need frequent reapplication, this one keeps the skin moisturized for a long time. It's safe for pregnant women too. Recently, my pregnancy has caused lots of blemishes and dryness, but when I apply this product thinly over my moisturizer, it helps clear up the blemishes and prevents deep dryness.
ConsAt first, I thought it was unscented, but upon application, there's a faint medicinal smell... though it dissipates quickly!

Subjects: 24-month-old baby / 5-year-old child (with atopic dermatitis) - Used all over the body. 30-something woman - Used only on face. ------------------------------------- The texture is a typical cream consistency that's not too thick, spreads easily, and absorbs well into the skin. Immediately after application, it feels more moisturizing than sticky, with a noticeable richness. When I applied it to my face, the T-zone became oily while the cheek area finished with just the right amount of hydration. For adults, it seems ideal to use a small amount only on dry areas after your regular skincare routine. Looking at the ingredients, it contains shea butter, which explains its excellent moisturizing properties. I have somewhat sensitive skin, but experienced no blemishes after using this product. Since it's an atopic cream, I focused more on using it on the children. Seeing how my child's skin condition, which usually worsens dramatically the next day with subpar products, remained quite stable, I was reminded of the importance of good ingredients. I'm really pleased with the ingredient list. Usually, we apply 3-4 layers or more on severe atopic areas, but with this cream, applying once before bed and once in the morning was enough to noticeably reduce skin dryness. While it didn't visibly improve atopic dermatitis, the fact that my child didn't scratch in their sleep and the condition didn't worsen makes it worthy of the title 'atopic cream'. When buying skincare for my children (of course, free from harmful ingredients is a given), I always check for shea butter and ceramides. In that respect, this product is exactly what I'm looking for.
ConsIt's not exactly a drawback, but the scent is a bit... well... It's not quite unscented, more like a slight medicinal smell that you don't want to keep sniffing. These days, there are many products with good ingredients, no allergy risks, and a subtle pleasant fragrance, so that's a bit disappointing. Since it's a daily-use product, a nice scent can be mood-lifting. Also, while it might compromise the design, a semi-transparent container would be better to visually check how much product is left.
TipI'm satisfied with the volume and price point. Compared to other atopic products, it's priced reasonably enough that you can evaluate it purely on quality without worrying about cost. It seems suitable for all-over use on babies, and for spot treatment on dry areas for older children and adults. As a Hwahae Tester, I received the cream for free, but I'm 100% willing to purchase the emulsion from the same line with my own money.

Thanks to the skin-loving shea butter and ceramides in this product, we were able to maintain good hydration even with frequent summer baths, which can easily lead to drier skin. The formula is rich and creamy, providing solid moisturizing power. After application, it gives the face a lovely glow.
ConsThe scent is reminiscent of Fucidin ointment, which was a bit disappointing. It doesn't absorb quickly, so you need to keep massaging it in for better absorption.
TipI think it would work well mixed with a facial oil.

But when I applied the Pyunkang Yul product consistently, it truly became soft and smooth. It seems to lock in moisture well, even with water or clothing contact.
ConsThe scent was a bit disappointing. It had a faint medicinal smell, like an ointment, which was the only downside.
TipApply frequently to rough areas or parts that you feel need more hydration.

I tried the Ato Blue Label Emulsion before and liked it, so I decided to try this one. Although I wasn't very familiar with the brand, after using both the emulsion and cream, I find them to be quite good products. - It's a great family-friendly product suitable for both my sensitive-skinned elementary school child and dry-skinned mom. It can also be used as a body emulsion. - My first impression was that the rich texture might be too heavy for hot weather, but it absorbs well and doesn't feel sticky after application. However, I personally think the Blue Label Emulsion alone might provide enough hydration for summer. If used in summer, you could probably use this alone after toner, without essence, to simplify your skincare routine. - The price is reasonable for the amount you get, so it's satisfying in terms of value for money. - The tube packaging makes it easy and hygienic for children to use. - True to the Blue Label, the container has a clean blue color that adds a decorative touch to the bathroom and gives a cool feeling.
Cons- I expected it to be fragrance-free, but my child with a sensitive nose said it smelled like medicine right after applying. There was a slight ointment-like scent when first applied, but it seemed to dissipate quickly. However, I wish it were unscented like the emulsion.

It's fragrance-free with an ointment-like texture. It provides hydration with a slight richness, giving the feeling of balancing skin's oil and moisture. Unlike other creams that make your skin greasy after a few minutes, this product doesn't do that at all, making it pleasant to use. While it might feel a bit heavy in summer, it's perfect for nighttime application.
ConsThe fragrance-free formula has a medicinal scent, reminiscent of applying ointment, which might be disappointing for some.
TipIt seems particularly suitable for evening skincare routines in summer, offering soothing hydration.

My child has very dry skin, so I apply cream even in summer. It's not too thick, absorbs well, and feels nice. It's a lightweight moisturizer, so you can reapply throughout the day without feeling heavy.
ConsIt's supposed to be unscented, but there's a slight... hmm... medicinal smell, like ointment.
TipWhile it's a cream, it's more of a lightweight moisturizer. For better hydration in winter, you might want to add a few drops of oil when applying.
