You can feel how non-irritating it is on your skin.
ConsCompared to other shampoos, I think its cleansing effectiveness is a bit lower.

ConsDue to its high natural content, the lather wasn't very rich, and the cleansing effectiveness wasn't particularly strong. As someone who usually enjoys a refreshing feel, I found this aspect a bit disappointing, given how mild the product is.
TipFor a more thorough scalp cleanse, instead of rinsing immediately after the initial wash, let it sit for 2-3 minutes before rinsing with warm water.

That's when I decided to give this a try. I have a sensitive scalp, and when I use shampoos or hair products that don't agree with me, I immediately get itchy and develop inflammation-like symptoms. Thankfully, I didn't experience any of that with this product, which was a great start. I really appreciated that it uses plant-based surfactants and is free from gluten, parabens, silicone oils, and sulfates. The fact that it passed a skin irritation test was also a huge plus. I usually research ingredients before switching products to avoid any adverse reactions. While I wish the fragrance was a bit different, the excellent ingredients and the low irritation certification gave me the confidence to use it without worry. I was initially concerned that the herbal medicine ingredients used instead of purified water might make the scent too strong, but it wasn't as overpowering as I feared. The fragrance was quite tolerable and didn't cause any issues during use. Given the quality ingredients, I was worried my hair might feel too stiff after washing, but I was pleasantly surprised to find it soft even without using conditioner.
ConsThe cleansing effectiveness isn't particularly strong, and it doesn't lather up very well. As a result, I found myself using more shampoo with each wash. This meant I had to be more careful when rinsing, which extended my hair washing time. The formula is quite runny, so a lot of it tends to slip off my hands or drip away when I'm applying it. It feels wasteful and makes me wish it had a thicker consistency.

There's just a hint of herbal aroma mixed with a floral fragrance that's quite pleasant. Highly recommended for those with dry scalps!!
Cons- Not recommended for those who dislike very runny formulas... It tends to slip through your fingers easily. - Due to its good ingredients, it's not a shampoo that lathers up well. - Not recommended for oily scalps... Unfortunately, despite the quality ingredients, I didn't feel it had a strong cleansing effect. Using a shampoo with weak cleansing power on oily scalps can lead to hair loss. My mom has a dry scalp and she absolutely loves it!
TipFor those with oily scalps, you might find that double cleansing gives a nice, clean feeling that you'll appreciate.

Since many harmful substances can be absorbed through the scalp, I pay special attention to shampoo ingredients, which is why I liked this product. - Scent: I appreciated that it doesn't contain harsh fragrances that can irritate the scalp. I also liked that it doesn't have a strong herbal scent. Some natural/herbal products I've used left my hair smelling like a traditional medicine shop, which I found off-putting. This product has a subtle, pleasant floral scent that isn't overpowering. - Lathering experience: The consistency is quite runny, and I needed to use a bit more compared to my usual shampoos to get a good lather. However, for a natural-derived shampoo, I thought it lathered quite well. This made the shampooing process comfortable and not frustrating. - Post-drying feel: It definitely feels like a product that doesn't require conditioner. After shampooing, my hair is easy to comb and feels soft. As someone with thick hair, I found the calming effect on my hair quite nice. On busy mornings when I don't have time for a treatment, using just this product leaves my hair feeling smooth and not stiff.
ConsAfter drying, my hair didn't feel completely refreshed. I'm not sure if it's due to lower cleansing effectiveness or if it leaves a slightly heavy feeling. For example, if someone with oily hair uses this in the morning, by afternoon or evening, they might look like they haven't washed their hair that day. While it wasn't terrible for me as I don't have an oily scalp, I think those who dislike 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner products might not find this suitable.

Despite its herbal name, it has a pleasantly subtle scent rather than an overpowering one. The texture isn't thick or viscous, but rather smooth and fluid. It lathers exceptionally well. It's gentle enough to not cause any irritation if it gets in your eyes. Without any harsh chemicals, it provides a light cooling effect and a refreshing sensation. It rinses out easily without leaving any residue.
ConsThe cleansing effectiveness seems a bit mild, so I was concerned about oil buildup on my scalp after shampooing. To address this, I gently shampooed twice.
TipFor those with oily scalps, I recommend applying the shampoo lightly once, then reapplying and rinsing thoroughly. This method helps reduce excess oil.

It's perfect for those who prefer an all-in-one solution. - I feel confident using it because it doesn't contain ingredients like silicone oil that can be harmful to the scalp and hair. It seems suitable for the whole family, except for babies. I've never experienced any irritation or blemishes on my scalp. - It seems more suitable for dry scalps with brittle hair rather than oily scalps. - I appreciate the eco-friendly paper packaging, which is easy to recycle and shows consideration for the environment.
Cons- Even after lathering twice, it doesn't produce much foam, so I end up using more product than expected. The lack of rich lather makes it feel less effective at thoroughly cleansing the scalp's oil. While I know that excessive foam isn't necessarily good, I found the cleansing effectiveness a bit lacking. After washing, my scalp didn't feel refreshed, but rather just superficially cleaned. - While the volume is objectively large, considering you need to use more product each time, it doesn't feel like it lasts as long as other shampoos. - I haven't noticed much improvement in scalp itchiness yet, but that might be because I haven't used it for long enough. I'll need to use it more consistently to see if it helps. Other products I've tried seemed more effective for this issue.

The scent fades quickly, so you might want to use a nice-smelling treatment alongside it. Despite being a scalp shampoo, it's also a conditioner, which prevents your hair from becoming stiff. As someone who finds using separate conditioner a hassle, I really like this. Moreover, I had an itchy scalp with dead skin cells, but these symptoms have reduced since using this product.
ConsPerhaps because it's also a conditioner, the shampoo is a bit thinner compared to regular shampoos. Like other scalp shampoos, it doesn't lather much, so you end up using more product. While it's gentle on the scalp and produces less foam, it feels slightly less effective in cleansing.
TipIt's gentle and non-irritating, making it great for dry and sensitive scalps. It's suitable for scalp issues like itching and dead skin cells. If you want stronger cleansing power, try using a regular shampoo lightly first, then follow up with this shampoo.

There's no strong herbal scent, just a mild, pleasant fragrance. It doesn't make my hair feel stiff while washing. With its natural ingredients, it seems gentle and non-irritating, perfect for dry and sensitive scalps. After thoroughly washing twice with warm water, my hair didn't get greasy or smelly quickly the next day. When blow-drying after washing, my hair feels soft but has a bit of volume. I'd recommend this for normal to dry scalps. I appreciated that it's transparent and dye-free. The texture was just right, and while the bottle is simple, the packaging box looks nice.
ConsAs I have long, thick hair, it doesn't lather well, so I need to pump out a lot and wash multiple times to feel clean. You need to shampoo thoroughly and rinse well to feel refreshed. While it doesn't irritate the scalp, the lack of lather makes it feel less effective, leading to longer wash times and using more product. I'll need to use it longer to see if it helps with dandruff and dead skin cells. It might be inconvenient for those who want a quick wash or have oily scalps. It would be great if they could lower the price a bit or increase the volume.
