When you apply it, you can definitely feel the tone-up effect. The texture isn't heavy and the formula is also to my liking. The ingredients are gentle, and there's no fragrance, so it's not burdensome. The fluid texture spreads well and there's no clumping or streaking.

When you have blemishes, it shows up and you can see that you're wearing it (in those cases, I'd recommend using a BB cream or not wearing it at all). 
And if you can't control the amount, it can come out too white or look strange.
And it would have been nice if it had UV protection as well, but that's a shame.

Since it's mild, the whitening effect is good and there's no irritation, so it's nice. I especially recommend using it when going out quickly and simply.
