The water-based formula absorbs quickly and leaves a refreshing finish. It doesn't feel slippery or oily on the skin.

Although it's hydrating, there's an unnecessary oiliness that makes my skin feel itchy. I'm not sure what purpose the oil layer floating on top serves... I think it might be better to use only the liquid underneath without shaking it. This purchase was somewhat disappointing.

I've been using the Hustle Treatment Essence well, so I decided to purchase this product too. While it's a bit disappointing, I must say it does moisturize effectively even with a small amount. I also like the fragrance.
