It's perfect for daily lash care if you apply it before bed, let it dry, and then go to sleep.

The scent is really unpleasant. It's not even close to your nose, but near your eyes. If you're not sensitive to fragrances, it might not bother you, but the bad smell can put you in a foul mood if you catch a whiff while applying. Also, be very careful not to get it in your eyes - it hurts and feels sticky, which is obviously unpleasant.

With consistent use, my lashes have actually grown longer. Of course, they revert back if I stop using it, but it's great for nightly care or everyday use.
