Pros
It has a nice glide and helps to smooth out flaky skin! The color is also really lovely, and it doesn't budge even after meals - this fixing tint is just so great!

This color is absolutely perfect for cool-toned skin!! Whenever I wear this, people around me always ask me what product and what color I'm using I usually have an allergy to lipsticks, but this one doesn't cause any issues at all, so I only wear this It's not glossy, but has a matte formula that applies smoothly and has great pigmentation and staining power

The application is really nice and the staying power is better than other tints! The color is also pretty, and this is the first tint I've purchased 3 bottles of with my own money.
Cons
If you use it a lot, the area around the mouth gets dirty. The bottle is matte, so it gets dirty and stained too.

I was looking for a product with good color payoff, and this one has great color coverage - just a little bit gives excellent pigmentation, so I've been using it as a statement lip! The texture is also smooth and applies nicely, making it good for daily use. It's more on the matte side, and the longevity is quite good too. Even after eating, it doesn't come off easily and stays on well! I'm considering repurchasing in other shades as well!
Cons
My lips are quite dry, and since this product is more on the matte side, it can be a bit drying. It doesn't cause major peeling, but I find it's best to use a lip scrub and balm along with this.

First, my friends said it was really good, so I bought it, but it doesn't wipe off easily and the lasting power is amazing. The color is also pretty. At first, it applies moisturly, and after a while, it becomes matte and sticks to the lips nicely.
Cons
It's a bit matte, so it can accentuate dry patches, but that's inevitable with a matte formula. I think it's fine as long as you take good care of your lips!
Tip
Since it's matte, it can slightly emphasize dry patches, so I recommend exfoliating your lips first. Also, if you don't like the matte finish, then it's not for you!

👉 Color: It's an atrocious color. I personally enjoy challenging myself and experimenting with various makeup, so I tend to buy colors I don't use often, but the Perkell one I got was the worst. In my opinion, I'm more of a warm-toned person, but this is just atrocious. I actually didn't think there was such a thing as an atrocious color, but the rose one I bought based on the recommendation of Minsco, who I thought it would suit well, turned out to be a cool-toned rose. Disappointing.
