Is it hygienic?: There's a middle cover and a tweezer inside, so it's hygienic and I can use it for a long time without it drying out. 2. Is it non-irritating?: The pad is so soft that even just picking it up with the tweezer causes a slight fuzz, and the embossed surface wipes gently and smoothly, and the essence is also mild, not causing any stinging around the eyes. 3.
