Start with the first and largest shade as a base. Use the two lighter shades below for aegyo-sal and inner corner highlight. Add some sparkle to the aegyo-sal, inner corners, and nose tip. Finish with the darkest shade for a sultry under-eye look. With this palette, you can whip up a full makeup look in no time!
ConsThe only downside is that the super chunky glitter shade doesn't get much use, but other than that, it's flawless

The shadow quality is also impressive.
ConsThe large hexagonal glitters are disappointing. It's not suitable for daily wear, and with one out of six shades being unusable, the value for money is questionable.

Highly recommended!
ConsThis might not suit those with cool undertones. I wouldn't recommend it for them.

However, the large blush/eyeshadow on the right caught my eye with its beautiful peach tone, which convinced me to purchase. I always look for palettes with these essential shades: - Base (closest to my skin tone) - Main (primary color to apply over the base) - Transition (for dimension) - Eyeliner (darkest shade to soften eyeliner) This palette has all four, and I was thrilled that both the base and eyeliner shades are matte, as I dislike micro-shimmer in these. The eyeliner shade is particularly pigmented and adheres well, perfect for blending out liner edges. The main peach shade is versatile as both eyeshadow and blush. While I rarely use shimmer due to my monolids, the palette includes both fine and chunky glitters for occasional use. Overall, an excellently curated palette. Highly recommended for those with deep undertones, especially muted tones needing a peachy-coral touch. It could also work for those wanting to create a deeper look. May be slightly muted for light skin tones.
ConsThere are no significant drawbacks. The palette includes all necessary components and has a slightly weighty feel, giving it a luxurious touch. While the minor heft might not appeal to those who prefer ultra-light palettes, it's not heavy unless your arm strength is at an 'ant level' (just kidding!).

They're a bit darker than my usual palette, but that's what drew me to them. The real star of the show? The glitter! I tested it in-store and my friends couldn't stop complimenting my sparkling aegyo-sal (under-eye area). I must have heard 'How pretty!' a million times that day. Now, some reviewers mention it's a bit much, and I can see why - the glitter particles are on the larger side. But if you apply it with a light hand... oh my! The way it catches the light when you turn your head is absolutely mesmerizing. For a glitter enthusiast like me, it's a total game-changer! The blush shade is gorgeous too. I even use it on my eyelids sometimes - it's that versatile and lovely. I tried my best to capture the colors accurately in the photos. The top row and blush color are pretty true to life, while the bottom row appears slightly more gray in the picture than it does in person. Oh, and can we talk about the free Picasso brush that came with it? It's fantastic - I use it all the time. What a treat!
ConsThe only downside is that the colors are a bit darker than what I usually go for. While I love using the base, blush, and glitter, I'll probably save the other shades for when I want a more subdued look or during fall and winter.
TipPro tip: Use a small amount of glitter with a brush for a truly stunning effect.

Quick review: This is my true daily essential. I use it all year round. If you're warm-toned and unsure which palette to buy, just get this one - it's absolutely gorgeous!!! Texture: Soft, but with a bit of excess powder Practicality: Great for base, contouring, eyeliner, aegyo-sal, shimmer, blush, and highlighter all in one! Versatile colors that work well in any season Shimmer: Mix of larger and finer particles. Great adherence and sparkle Warm-toned folks curious about Etude palettes should definitely pick this up!
ConsIt doesn't have the chunky glitter that other Play Tone palettes have. Honestly, this was a plus for me... I usually go for bolder makeup and love larger glitters. Most of Etude's chunky glitters don't adhere well, so I avoid them. On days I skip the big glitters, just applying the shimmer shades to my aegyo-sal is enough to look pretty! While others might find this disappointing, I prefer shimmer with good adherence and impact, so it's actually a positive for me!

I'm especially satisfied that it includes the eyeliner and triangle zone colors that Jae-yu emphasized, all in a compact 7-pan palette. There's not a single shade I don't use, making it a staple in my routine without getting bored. If I had to recommend just one palette, this would be it!
ConsThe pigmentation is a bit weak and there's some excess powder kickup! When you swipe your brush, you'll notice quite a bit of powder flying. However, I'm generally satisfied overall. It's a shame there's no mirror, which affects usability. Also, be careful with the chunky glitters as they can get into your eyes and are difficult to remove!
TipUse a brush that picks up color well for better pigmentation

The blush is absolutely stunning
ConsThe glitter can be a bit challenging to apply. You need to be careful with the amount - I recommend using a sponge-tip applicator

Cons- A bit pricey at around $30 - Large glitters can make makeup look messy if not used carefully - Blush is warmer and more vibrant than expected - Aegyo-sal (under-eye highlight) shade is slightly warm with a white cast. Similar to Majolica Majorca's product, but the latter is more pink-gold and prettier - Not recommended for muted or cool tones The Nude Milk Tea palette really suits my taste and personal color. (I usually go for muted, nude, calm makeup looks which work well for me!) I bought it because Jae-yu developed it, but maybe I had too high expectations. I'm not sure... I don't reach for it often. After using it about 4 times, it seems yellower than I thought and makes my skin look heavy. Still, the composition is good, so I might pack it for trips. Just my thoughts for reference!
