  Pros

  I used it fairly well, not bad at all. It was decent. The fragrance is lovely.

  Cons

  The disappointing part is that you need to leave the treatment on for a while before rinsing to achieve softness. With other conditioners or treatments I've used, I could rinse immediately and my hair would be soft, but this product didn't provide as much softness. When I rinsed it out right away, my hair felt seriously stiff.

  Pros

  The transparent container allows you to see how much product is left as you use it.

  Cons

  I bought this as a set with the shampoo, but it felt weak for a treatment. While the same line's shampoo made my hair quite stiff, using this treatment did soften it a bit, but not enough. There are better products out there, so I probably won't repurchase. The pump is also stiff and small. After trying the product, it seems you need to use a lot to see any benefit for your hair, and using it just once or twice won't cut it.

  Pros

  A decent shampoo, seems to be for oily hair. It doesn't feel harsh on the scalp, but after a thorough wash, there's a slight cooling effect. I bought it because it was cheap and came in a large quantity, and I've been using it quite well. Great value for money.

  Cons

  It seems to make my hair a bit stiff! Hmm... When I get my hair washed at the salon, it doesn't happen, but when I use this at home, yeah... my hair becomes a bit rigid.
